Seal Carving Workshops on 8th and 15th March at Guanghwa bookshop

Hello Everyone,

Due to the popularity of our seal carving workshops, we are pleased to let you know that Guanghwa Bookshop has organised two Seal Carving Workshops. You can choose to attend either the workshop on 8th March or the one on 15th March, but please note that both Part One and Part Two must be attended on the same day to complete the workshop.

• Sunday 8th March Seal Carving Workshop
• Time: 11:30 to 13:00 (First part); 13:45 to 15:15 (Second part)

• Sunday 15th March Seal Carving Workshop
• Time: 11:30 to 13:00 (First part); 13:45 to 15:15 ( Second part )

Each Workshop Topics covers:

The history of seal carving, their styles, and the tools used.
Also: preparation, and the techniques using the tools, to carve the stone.

This workshop is suitable for Beginners and for those who have been doing Chinese painting and calligraphy courses.

The cost for a three-hour workshop is £30
We will provide the materials for the workshops.
At the end of each workshop session if you want to keep the seal stone you can pay an extra £8 for it.

Due to the limited number of places for these two carving workshops, do let us know if you are interested in attending either one of the two sessions.
