Notice for Customers in the European Union

Due to new EU customs regulations introduced from 1 July 2026, low-value parcels (up to €150) imported into the EU from the UK are now subject to additional customs charges and processing requirements.

Royal Mail has also updated its international shipping procedures to reflect these new regulations. As a result, shipping costs for orders to EU countries have increased.

To continue providing reliable delivery and customs clearance, our shipping rates to EU destinations have been adjusted accordingly.
