Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be unused, unopened where applicable, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. However, we may reduce your refund if the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics and function.
Refunds for Online Orders
Once we have received your returned goods, or received evidence that you have sent them back, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
We will refund the standard delivery cost you paid for the original order. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, such as express or premium delivery, we will only refund the cost of the standard delivery option.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Return Postage for Online Orders
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, customers are responsible for return postage costs.
If the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us before returning it so that we can advise you on the return process.
Faulty, Damaged or Not as Described Items
If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described at the time of purchase, you may return it with proof of purchase for a full refund within 30 days, or request a replacement where available.
This does not apply where the fault was clearly brought to your attention before purchase, or where the damage is caused by misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
After 30 days, we will handle faulty items in accordance with your statutory rights.
Exchanges for Online Orders
We may offer an exchange where available. Items must be unused, unopened where applicable, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Items that have already been exchanged cannot be exchanged again, unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Non-Returnable Items and Exceptions
The right to cancel does not apply to:
- bespoke, personalised, or custom-made items;
- sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed;
- perishable goods;
- services that have been fully performed with your agreement during the cancellation period;
- digital content once download or access has started, where you agreed to lose your cancellation right.
