Order Processing
We aim to process online orders as soon as possible during our normal business hours.
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During busy periods, or where an item needs to be sourced or checked from our warehouse or suppliers, processing may take longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.
UK Delivery
We offer delivery within the United Kingdom.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the delivery service, destination, and circumstances outside our control.
We currently offer free UK delivery for orders over £65. For orders below this amount, delivery charges will be calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order.
International Delivery
We may offer international delivery to selected destinations.
International delivery costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated and shown at checkout where available.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local charges. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or delivery charges unless expressly stated.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or local postal services.

Delivery Address
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct when placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@guanghwa.com. We may not be able to change the address once the order has been processed or dispatched.
Failed or Returned Deliveries
If an order is returned to us because delivery was unsuccessful, because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or because the parcel was not collected from the delivery provider, we will contact you.
Additional delivery charges may apply if the order needs to be resent.
Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@guanghwa.com with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the issue.
